The 10 Litres commercial planetary stand mixer makes it easy to make whipped potatoes and a variety of other foods. It has a powerful motor, this unit is a great addition to any kitchen that needs the versatility and speed of a commercial mixer, but without the volume of a larger, heavy-duty stand mixer or floor mixer. This mixer is not recommended for use with pizza dough or bread dough.

Three speeds let you mix anything from whipped cream to dough, and the speeds are labeled to indicate which attachment is best-suited for that setting.
