OPTIONAL PACKAGE

Great product. The single jack plug does not work with all types of sound sockets. The sound OUT is for hearing the other speaker while the sound IN is for speaking to the other person. I noticed this didn't work in all cases where I tested it. As it is another jack plug having two feeders; one for sound IN and the other for sound OUT should be added to the package as an option for buyers who may encounter a challenge with their devices.

The mic is stiff and won't stay by the lips area U just have to hold it there or you won't be heard m.asudes that the noise cancelling is fine
