Tocovid suprabio contains Tocotrienols, Tocotrienols,Phytocarotenoid complex,Plant square, and Phytosterols. As a result of its components it is used effectively in the management of three main indications;
Neurodegeneration; Tocovid helps in the management of Stroke and other neurodegenerative diseases. It provides an alternative passage way for blood flow when there is an occlusion in cerebral blood flow(blood supply in the brain). Hence as a result, A patient who is on Tocovid and eventually has the cerebrovascular accident(stroke) will have  a higher chance of survival.
However,  for patients that already suffered stroke , Tocovid reduces white matter lesion in the brain. These lesions are seen on MRI as white spots of infarcts on the brain. Tocovid  also does not need Alpha transfer protein (a special type of molecule needed to actively move Tocovid across cell membranes) unlike the general type of Tocopherols. Due to its unique chemical structure Tocotrienols a major component of Tocovid crosses the blood brain barrier effectively and concentrates adequatelyon major sites in the body where it is required.
