Honda Genuine Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF DW-1)

This type of oil for automatic transmissions is a new type of oil and in its performance characteristics is superior to ATF Z1 - the best viscosity characteristics at low temperatures and petrol efficiency. 
Honda ATF DW-1 was developed implemented instead of Honda ATF Z-1, all cars from the 2012 model year use only this oil. 
New  Honda ATF DW-1 is compatible with Honda ATF Z-1 and therefore can be used on previously released models. 
When choosing an alternative between the Honda ATF DW-1 and the Honda ATF Z-1, Honda recommends that Honda ATF DW-1 be preferred. 
The oil replacement policy is the same as on previous models, according to the maintenance regulations.
