This self-adjusting brace provides maximum medial-lateral support and pain relief. Criss-crossing elastic straps above and below the knee offer self-adjusting support, and side hinge pockets help ensure the hinge is in the correct position for your knee size.

Sizing: Measure around leg, 3 inches above knee.
Hinge placement: Flex hinge into a "v" shape.
Insert hinge ends into the pockets.
Repeat this process for both hinges.
One Size fits most if your knee measures 13-21 in (33-53.5 cm).
Adjust as needed.
