LOCTITE 270is a high-strength, low-viscosity, red anaerobic threadlocker designed for the permanent locking and sealing of threaded fasteners.

Primary Applications

• Vibration Resistance: It prevents bolts, nuts, and studs from loosening or backing out due to heavy vibrations, thermal expansion, or mechanical shock.
• Industrial and Automotive Use: Commonly used on heavy machinery, suspension bolts, engine blocks, pump housings, and gearboxes.
• Substrate Compatibility: It works effectively on all metal threads, including active metals (like brass or copper) and passive metals (like stainless steel and aluminum). It features slight oil tolerance to withstand minor surface contamination.
