The hair bun is soft and silky, though not what I entirely expected personally, because I was aiming for a thicker, 4C hair texture kind of afro bun. That said, it is a good product in its own right, and comes with a custom instruction to take care of the afro bun. I loved the packaging as it was very intentional, and the bun came protected in a hair net. However!!! I was not happy because the product advertisement said it'll come with clips (about 2 precisely), and it did not, infact, have any clips! Just the adjustable rope. This is something you should look out for if you need a hair bun with clips so it can sit firmly on your head without the fear or anxiety of removal, especially if you are always in transit, or intend to ride bikes and all that. Final rating 4/5, it's a good product if you're looking for something fairly reliable, quick and easy.
