• What should I do if only one headset works and the other doesn't?
• This may be because the Bluetooth pairing between the two headsets did not work the first time, please follow the steps below to re-pair.
• 1. Put b oth headsets back into the charging case, turn off the Bluetooth function of your phone and clear the Bluetooth pairing of b oth headsets on your phone.
• 2. Take out the 2 Bluetooth headsets from the charging case again, the LEDs of the 2 headsets are blinking, wait for 10-20 seconds, only the light of 1 Bluetooth headset is blinking, which means the 2 headsets have been paired successfully. 
• 3. Turn on the Bluetooth function of your cell phone, re-pair and connect the Bluetooth headsets, then the 2 headsets can be used normally.
