PREPARATION OF DOUM FRUIT TEA
Put a tea bag or more in a pot of water (depending on how strong you want you tea to be), put on the fire and allow to boil for 5 to 7 minutes, allow to cool to serving temperature, gently squeeze the tea bag to release any remaining extract. Sugar or honey can be added according to taste.
