Ytacan Clotrimazole Cream (For Fungal Skin Infections, Athlete's Foot, Yeast Infections, Diaper Rash, Skin Conditions With Secondary Fungal Infections

Ytacan cream, containing clotrimazole, is primarily used to treat fungal skin infections. Specifically, it is effective against various types of ringworm (tinea) infections like athlete's foot, as well as yeast infections such as those causing diaper rash, vulvitis, and balanitis. It can also be used for skin conditions with secondary fungal infections. 

Fungal Infections:

Ytacan cream is an antifungal medication that targets and inhibits the growth of fungi, including yeasts and dermatophytes. 

Ringworm (Tinea):

It is effective against ringworm infections of the skin, including athlete's foot (tinea pedis), groin area (tinea cruris), and other areas of the body. 

Yeast Infections (Candidiasis):

Ytacan cream can treat yeast infections like diaper rash, vulvitis (inflammation of the vulva), and balanitis (inflammation of the glans penis). 

Secondary Infections:

It can also be used to treat skin conditions that have become infected with fungi or yeasts. 

Application:

The cream is for external use only and should be applied to the affected area and rubbed in gently, usually two to three times a day, or as directed by a doctor.
