Contains 5 different bacteria strains for yogurt culturing/starting.
A pack contains 10 sachets of 1g starter culture with each one capable of making between 500ml to 1 litre of yogurt per time.
We suggest you use up to 2 sachets per litre of milk.
Fresh production date. Shelf life is 12 to 18 months depending on storage conditions.
*This is a DIY yogurt starter and will not result in a greek yogurt consistency.
