VISA NAIL-FREE SUPER ADHESIVE is a high-strength, solvent-based construction adhesive designed to bond a wide variety of common building materials with superior grip and long-term durability. Formulated for both interior and exterior use, VISA® Nail-Free Super Adhesive delivers strong initial tack, excellent gap-filling capabilities, and lasting performance under tough environmental conditions.

Packaged in a convenient 300ml cartridge, it applies smoothly with any standard caulking gun for precise, clean, and easy installation.

Note:
Not recommended for use on polyethylene, polypropylene, Teflon®, or in continuous water immersion. Always test on a small area when bonding unfamiliar surfaces.
 

HOW TO USE VISA® NAIL-FREE SUPER ADHESIVE (300ml):

Follow these steps to achieve a strong, long-lasting bond:

1. Surface Preparation:
Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, oil, old adhesive, and loose debris.
For best results, lightly roughen smooth surfaces (like metal or plastic) to enhance adhesion.

2. Cartridge Setup:
Insert the 300ml cartridge into a standard caulking gun.
Cut the nozzle tip at a 45° angle to your desired bead size.
Puncture the inner seal if necessary using a long nail or the built-in puncture rod.

3. Adhesive Application:
Choose between two bonding methods:
For Instant Grab (“One-Surface” Application):
Apply adhesive in a zig-zag or straight bead to one surface only.
Immediately press the surfaces together and hold firmly for 10–30 seconds.
For Maximum Bond (“Double Contact” Method):
Apply adhesive to one surface, press both surfaces together briefly, then pull them apart.
Wait 2–5 minutes to let the adhesive become tacky, then press together again firmly.
Tip: Use mechanical fasteners or clamps for heavy materials or vertical applications until full cure.

4. Curing:
Do not disturb bonded surfaces for at least 24 hours.
Full bond strength typically develops within 24–48 hours, depending on temperature, humidity, and material type.

5. Clean-Up:
Uncured adhesive: Wipe off immediately with a solvent such as mineral spirits or acetone.
Cured adhesive: Remove mechanically with a scraper or chisel.

Safety & Usage Tips:
Use in a well-ventilated area.
Do not use on wet or frozen surfaces.
Avoid contact with skin and eyes—wear gloves.
Store cartridge in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat.
