Our card reader can only be used as a bridge. We provide card reader drivers and SIM card editable software, but we cannot provide smart card drivers and editable software, such as bank cards/identity cards. Because it depends on the raw materials or rules of your country and bank.
If you need to read them, you need to ask the smart card provider how to download, install and use.
1. Cannot read ID card
Reason: The ROCKETEK card reader driver has been installed, but the ID card driver or editing software is not installed, so it cannot be read.
2. Can't read bank card
Reason: The ROCKETEK card reader driver has been installed, but the bank card driver or editing software is not installed, so it cannot be read.
So customers need to understand the use of smart cards.
