It may be that the SM01-U base is not installed correctly, and there is a little gap, which causes the ball head to loosen (so we suggest you guys use the gift metal wrench to tight it to make a double check). In addition,everyone's strength is different, if you can not tighten the clamp rod with your finger, we kindly suggest using a vise to tighten it more sturdy, so that the ball head won't come loose easily 2. It may be that the sie stick is shaken and not fixed properly, which increases the friction. We recommend that the correct use of the sie stick is not to stretch it to the maximum length. For example, the sie stick has 5 sections, and each section does not need to be extended to the maximum length, keep 3-5cm length inside the tube for each section, so that we can get a better stability while riding
