Product details
The device can be used by organizations of all sizes and can be used in offices, schools and places of worship. It is used for the presence of employees, with this device, manual presence can be removed using this modern human biometric system (fingerprints). This system is harder to beat and helps instill discipline and people.
Once an employee has signed up with their fingerprint, one or more administrators (who have access to the device backend) are set on the device. All employees are fingerprinted on the terminal when they return to work and when they leave work.
To generate a report, connect a USB stick to the device and generate an Excel report that includes the person's name, the service the person is in, the time of arrival and time of departure, and also indicates the number of hours required to work and how many hours the employee actually worked.
The report does not require any third-party software and opens directly on the system in Excel format. This Excel format is locked, so third party intervention on the report is not possible.
