Plan with less guesswork when trying to conceive. Swe-Care Easy Check Ovulation Test Kit helps you identify the rise in luteinizing hormone (LH) that usually comes before ovulation, giving you useful information for timing intercourse.
Each pack contains 5 single-use LH ovulation strips for testing on separate occasions, plus 1 free pregnancy test strip for a separate pregnancy check. A collection cup and manual are included.
Use the LH strips with a urine sample and compare the test line with the control line at 10 minutes.
How to use the LH ovulation strips
- Know when to start: Use the cycle chart in the manual. For a 28-day cycle, testing starts on day 12 (day 1 = first day of your period).
- Test at the same time daily: Use first morning urine, as recommended in the manual. Avoid drinking too much fluid for 2 hours before testing.
- Collect urine: Use a clean, dry cup. Open the foil only when ready to test.
- Dip for 3 seconds: Place the arrow end in urine without going above the MAX line.
- Read at 10 minutes: Lay the strip flat and use a timer. Do not read after 10 minutes.
These timings apply to the LH strips.
How to read your result
Positive - LH surge detected
The control line appears, and the test line is as dark as or darker than the control line.
Negative - No LH surge detected
The control line appears, but the test line is lighter or not visible.
Invalid - Test did not work
No control line appears, even if a test line is visible.
