Product details

Name

Single TV / Coaxial Antenna Socket with White Tempered Glass Panel (also referred to as a 1-Gang Glass Plate Coaxial Outlet or TV Aerial Wall Socket).

Description

This is a modern wall-mounted coaxial cable outlet featuring a ultra-clear, high-gloss white tempered glass faceplate with polished, bevel-cut edges. At its center is a female TV/RF coaxial connector port designed for connecting television sets, satellite receivers, FM tuners, or set-top boxes directly to a building's central antenna, cable, or dish setup. It replaces traditional plastic wall sockets with a sleek, luxury glass finish that blends effortlessly into modern home decor.

Features & Highlights

Tempered Glass Panel: Scratch-resistant, non-yellowing, high-gloss glass faceplate that maintains a clean, modern look over time.

  •

High-Frequency RF Connector: Features a female coaxial socket designed to deliver low-loss signal transmission for crisp HD television and radio reception.

  •

Standard Flush-Mount Fit: Designed to fit standard square (86mm x 86mm / 3x3 inch) wall back-boxes.

  •

Seamless Installation: Concealed screw mounting mechanism maintains a clean, minimalist profile on the wall.

  •

Durable Construction: Flame-retardant PC rear casing housing corrosion-resistant metal terminal connections.

  •

Installation Instructions

⚠️ Safety Note: While TV coaxial lines carry low signal voltage, always exercise caution when working around electrical back-boxes and ensure no live high-voltage power wires contact the signal cabling.

Prepare Coaxial Cable: Strip approximately $1.5\text{ cm}$ of the outer jacket of your coaxial cable to expose the braided shield layer, foil, and solid copper inner conductor core.

  1.

Expose Inner Conductor: Fold the braided shield back over the outer casing and strip away the inner dielectric insulation to expose around $6\text{ mm}$ of the solid inner copper core.

  1.

Connect to Socket Module:

  1.

Insert the central copper core wire into the screw-terminal post in the center of the socket block and tighten the screw securely.

  •

Clamp or secure the outer metal braid/shield under the grounding/cable clamp on the socket back-housing to ensure proper grounding and clear signals shieldings.

  •

Mount Frame: Push the cable neatly back into the wall box, align the mounting sub-frame with the screw holes in the back-box, and tighten the mounting screws.

  1.

Attach Glass Faceplate: Click or press-fit the white tempered glass cover panel securely onto the sub-frame.

  1.

Connect TV: Plug your RF antenna lead from the TV or set-top box into the central wall socket port and scan for channels.

  1.

Maintenance

Cleaning: Wipe the glass faceplate with a soft, dry or slightly damp microfiber cloth. A small amount of isopropyl alcohol or glass cleaner applied to the cloth can be used for stubborn fingerprints.

  •

Keep Dry: Never spray liquids directly onto the socket faceplate to avoid liquid entering the RF connector port.

  •

Protect Connector Port: Do not insert bent or oversized coaxial pins into the center jack to avoid damaging or loosening the internal female contact clips.
