                                                      How to Use Silicone Sealant Gel 9900

Prepare the Surface: Clean the application area thoroughly to remove dust, dirt, grease, oil, and old sealant. Ensure the surface is completely dry before proceeding.

Apply Masking Tape (Optional): Place masking tape along both sides of the joint or gap to ensure clean, sharp lines and prevent messy edges.

Cut the Nozzle: Cut the tip of the sealant tube nozzle at a 45-degree angle to match the width of your target gap.
Apply the Sealant: Load the tube into a standard caulking gun. Hold the tip at a 45-degree angle to the gap and pull the trigger steadily, pushing a smooth, continuous bead of gel into the joint.

Tool & Smooth: Smooth the sealant line immediately using a caulking tool, a gloved finger dipped in soapy water, or a damp rag before it begins to skin over (usually within 5 to 10 minutes).

Remove Tape & Allow to Cure: Immediately peel off any masking tape while the sealant is still wet. Allow the sealant to full-cure according to the package instructions (typically 24 hours depending on humidity and thickness) before exposing it to heavy moisture or stress.


                                        To preserve Silicone Sealant Gel 9900 and prevent it from drying out in the tube after opening, follow these steps:

(Plastic Wrap / Foil Method): Cover the nozzle tip tightly with plastic wrap or aluminum foil, and secure it firmly with a rubber band or electrical tape.
Store Properly: Store the tube upright in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight and extreme heat (ideally between 5°C and 25°C / 41°F and 77°F).
