Using Method: 

1. Cleaning: Clean hands, open the sealed package and use it directly

2. Folding: Fold the menstrual cup into a triangle so that the cup opening is smaller for easier placement into the vagina

3. Put in: squat or sit on the toilet with one hand separating the labia and the other hand slowly pushing the cup into

4. Drain the liquid: Gently squeeze the two ends of the drain tube to open the valve and drain it smoothly.

5. Take out: Hold the drain valve and gently pull it out; or put in one finger and press it to smaller and take the cup out.

6. Recycling: Clean the menstrual cup with a cleaning solution and re-use it after boiling water or steam disinfection

 

Attention: 

1. The capacity of the menstrual cup is 25~30ML. Under normal circumstances, it is recommended to drain once every 4 to 6 hours on the first day and the next day, and 8-12 hours on the next few days.

2. Under normal circumstances, silicone material will not degenerate for 10 to 20 years, but since this is a private care product, it is recommended to replace it once every 3 to 5 years.

3. According to the physiological structure of women, the uterus mouth is higher than the vaginal opening, and when the woman is lying down, the level of the vagina and the bed is downward 15°, so there will be no backflow phenomenon.

4. Place the menstrual cup as far as possible to push the menstrual cup inwards until it is in line with the uterus. The drainage port should be parallel to the labia or 1cm in the labia, and please don't worry about taking it out.

5. Make sure to open: After the menstrual cup is completely placed, rotate a few times, pull down a few menstrual cups. When it is not easy to pull out, it is open. Or, rotate the index finger deep inside the vaginal wall along the cup until there is no depression or flat shape.

6. There are two kinds of disinfection methods: 1, boiling in boiling water for 5~10 minutes (we can use our special disinfector or electric heating water cup, small water cooker); 2, take a cup into open water and invade 1~2 times, 3 minutes each time.
