An amber coloured oil extracted from roasted sesame seeds and soya beans - the distinctly fragrant flavour of Amoy blended sesame oil gives a unique aroma to a variety of dishes both cooked and raw. It is a popular seasoning for noodles and soup, when it is added just before serving.
To make a classic Chinese salad dressing, combine the following ingredients: 1 tbsp each of Amoy Light and Dark Soy Sauce, 2 tsp each of sugar and vinegar, 1 tsp each of finely chopped ginger root, spring onions and Amoy Blended Sesame Oil, Amoy Chilli Sauce and crushed garlic could be added if a spicier sauce is required.
Close the lid tightly, store in cool and dry place after use. Suitable for vegetarians
