  Connection Instructions:
• 1. Upon first use, you will need to connect to the app for calibration. Once connected, the watch will automatically sync the time. Then, turn on the watch and download the app on your phone. Scan the QR code in the manual to download directly.
• 2. To connect to the app, first turn on Bluetooth on your phone, then open the app:
• a). Search for the watch via Bluetooth, tap "Connect," and the app will indicate a successful connection. b). The app scans the QR code on the watch to connect (if unable to connect: please turn off the band and restart it).
• 3. For mobile phone users, please ensure that the app has all background and device information permissions granted within your phone's system or during use to ensure that the watch and phone remain synchronized.
• 4. When the watch is off, press and hold the function button for more than 3 seconds to turn it on. You can also tap/press the function button to turn the screen back on at any time.
• 5. After restarting the watch, all data (such as step count) will be cleared, but the data will remain in the app.
• 6. The band uses the watch interface by default. Tap/press the function button to view different interfaces. You can also upload photos to customize the interface. 7. Please refer to the user manual and configure your personal information for more features.
