Store milk in sealed containers and label with date and time.
Discard breast milk stored in the refrigerator for more than 72 hours (3 days).
Do not mix fresh and refrigerated milk.
Thaw milk gradually by placing it in warm water before feeding.
Once thawed, do not re-refrigerate leftover milk; discard any unused portion within 24 hours.
