Powerful And Large 8L Stainless Steel Stand Mixer

This stand mixer has a tilting head for easy removal of the bowl. Simply choose the perfect attachment for your recipe and add the ingredients into the bowl as per your recipe instructions. The mixer is supplied with three brilliant attachments for tackling every mixing duty.

·        Flat beater - great for normal to heavy mixtures such as cakes, biscuits, creamed frosting, quick breads, mashed potato and pie pastry.

·        Balloon whisk - perfect for mixtures that need air incorporated into them such as egg whites, heavy cream, boiled frostings, sponge cakes and mayonnaise.

·        Dough hook - best used for mixing and kneading yeast dough such as breads, rolls, buns and pasta.

The large 5-litre mixing bowl is great for mixing large quantities without spillage and made from durable stainless-steel. There is also a clear splash guard included which can be attached to the top rim of the bowl to stop any ingredients spilling out but still enabling a clear view of the contents. The splash guard features a handy shoot allowing you to place ingredients into the bowl with ease whilst the splash guard is attached.

The 10-variable speed settings pulse function make mixing, whipping, whisking and kneading quick and simple. Speeds one and two are for slow stirring, mixing and mashing, three and four are for medium-fast beating and five and six are for whipping. The pulse function manually controls the stand mixer.  Please note when preparing yeast dough, it is advisable not to exceed speed three.
