1. Improve auto acceleration property
POTENT BOOSTER of TROS can relieve throttle laing and improve its sensitivity.
2. Speed up on-off function
POTENT BOOSTER allows for the setup of "Start" or "Close" of acceleration function. For example, you can start acceleration mode to enjoy paionate driving
when ffic conditions are sound, or can use auto acceleration mode to ensure safe driving in case of poor ffic conditions, rain or frozen road surface

3. 6-level gear shifting function
POTENT BOOSTER is designed according to automatic and manual nsmiion mode of automobile.Acceleration levels can be set, including 6 levels: manual
full acceleration, manual semi-acceleration, automatic full acceleration, automatic semi-acceleration, -mode acceleration and -saving acceleration.
Semi-acceleration is applicable to automobiles used in urban areas, which can improve driving speed and maintain safe driving. Full acceleration is applicable

IV. Working prince
1. Electronic Throttle and Fly-by-wire Throttle
Along with rapid development of auto industry, auto manufacturers in America, Germany, Japan and other countries succeively adopted electronic throttle control
system early in 1990s. Electronic throttle control system mainly consists of throttle pedal, pedal dispment r, ECU (electronic control unit), data bus wire,
servo motor and choker executing mechanism. Electronic throttle is generally adopted in fairly new models. Electronic throttle is named in comparison with fly-by-
wire throttle which features direct connection between throttle pedal and choker with thin steel wire. The treading depth of throttle pedal directly corresponds to the
opening width of choker. Electronic throttle is free of wire. Treading depth of throttle will be converted into resistance value after a potentiometer (with variable
resistance) is mounted in pedal. Electronic system of automobile indirectly determines the depth of pedal through sampling of resistance value. Finally, ECU will
activate sting motor to control the opening width of choker. It can be easily found through prince comparison that fly-by-wire throttle features simple system
and direct control, with the proportion of the opening width of throttle and choker g 1:1. Characteristics of electronic throttle are as follows: throttle pedal only
indicates driver's operating intention, while the final right to control choker belongs to ECU.
2. Characteristics of Electronic Throttle Control System and ECU(ECU)
In models with electronic throttle control system, ECU will yze the treading depth of throttle in combination with auto conditions when controlling electronic choker,
and then calate appropriate opening width of choker at the current time. When diver speeds up suddenly at the time of startup (tread the pedal to the utmost), ECU
will perform ysis according to the current auto speed, opening width of choker and other factors, appropriately restrict the opening width of choker from the
perspective of saving and reasonable exhaust emiion, and control spray system to restrict maximum spray of injection nozzle at the same time. In this
way, driver will feel that automobile begins to start after throttle is treaded for a while, which is the so-called throttle laing. Therefore, throttle laing is actually the
result of ECU operation through restricting instant output of engine, which can e automobile more environmental-friendly and energy-saving.
3. Operating Prince of POTENT BOOSTER
(1) Accelerating choker opening and improving static response"Acceleration" of POTENT BOOSTER is realized mainly through improving the responding sensitivity
of choker. When ECU finds that driver has the intention for acceleration, it will activate rapid opening of choker via circuit signals to improve the responding sensitivity
of throttle.
(2) Speeding up throttle signals and improving dynamic response. When accelerator treads on throttle pedal, POTENT BOOSTER will calate the alteration rate of
throttle signals according to treading depth and time. Alteration rate is in proportion to accelerating requirements. POTENT BOOSTER will enhance such alteration
rate and finally realize maximum dynamic response of auto acceleration.
(3) Providing false driving style for ECU's adjustment of engine s
ECU of modern engine generally has the capacity of s-adapting driving style. If driver often treads on throttle quickly to a considerable depth (also known as pulling
speed), ECU will gradually consider that the driver's style tends to be "violent". In this way, engine will slowly adjust choker and spray system, etc. to obtain optimal
adjusting s of engine under this style. After POTENT BOOSTER is used for a long time, even if the driver drives the car with previous "mile" driving style,
engine will still acquire experience of "violent" driving, which is equivalent to the adjustment of ECU s. At the long last, engine will automatically amend its
s to adapt to such driving style.
V. Instructions for use
Setup
Switch auto ignition key to second gear position (NO) (all instruments are electrified, but automobile is not started), tread and release throttle pedal quickly for three
times within 2 seconds (tread to the utmost and release to natural state). At this time, the booster will beep for one time, which indicates that automobile is in setup
state.
Tread throttle quickly to the utmost and remain the state within 2 seconds after hearing the indicating sound, and the booster will activate mode shifting according to
the following sequence.
"Beep" (manual full acceleration) -----> "Beep Beep" (manual semi-acceleration)----> "Beep Beep Beep" (automatic full acceleration)---> "Beep" (automatic semi-
acceleration)---> "Beep Beep" ( mode) --->"Beep Beep Beep" ( saving mode)---> quit from setup mode.
When the mode required is reached, release throttle pedal quickly to natural state and the setup will be activated.
Note: The default mode is "Manual Full Acceleration".
VI. Installation Guide
1. Electronic throttle pedal connection diagram of the car.
2. Accelerator pedal port of the car pulled out.
3. POTENT BOOSTER electronic throttle accelerator inserted into the card slot of the accelerator pedal.
4. And then with a line port inserted into POTENT BOOSTER electronic throttle accelerator card slot, all complete.
