Usage guide:
1-2 Speeds - This is a good starting speed for Mixing dry food.
3 Speeds - Best speed to start mixing  liquid ingredients, salad dressings.
4 speeds: for mixing cakes, cookies and breads.
5 speeds: for scrubbing butter and sugar, whipping uncooked sweets, desserts, etc.
6-7 speeds: whipping eggs, cooking icings, whipping potatoes. Whipping  c ream, etc.

Note:1. Set the speed according to the type of food. Always start running at low speed and then gradually increase.
2. As the mixture becomes thicker during processing, increase the potency by sinking for more expense.
