This is a heavy-duty, recessed LED underground landscape light designed to be embedded directly into outdoor ground surfaces such as pathways, driveways, garden beds, patio steps, and pool decks. Always shut off the main power breaker before installing or wiring any outdoor electrical fixtures to prevent shock or injury.
1.Prepare the Recessed Hole:Site Prep.
Dig or cut a hole in the ground (concrete, deck, or soil) large enough to accommodate the black housing unit. Ensure proper gravel drainage beneath the hole if installing in soil.
2.Wire the Connection:Electrical.
Pass the light's power cable through your conduit and connect the lead wires (live, neutral, and ground) to your outdoor low-voltage or line-voltage power supply using waterproof wire connectors.
3.Position & Secure:Final Step.
Insert the fixture body firmly into the recessed cutout until the stainless steel rim sits flush with the surface. Secure the outer bezel using the provided hex screws.
Care & Maintenance
Surface Cleaning: Periodically wipe the stainless steel bezel and tempered glass lens with a damp microfiber cloth to clean off dirt, leaves, and outdoor residue.
Drainage Check: Ensure surrounding soil or gravel allows proper water drainage so the fixture does not remain fully submerged in standing water for extended periods.
Seal Inspection: Inspect the top hex screws and glass seal annually to ensure moisture tight sealing remains intact.
