Moi moi Pouch

It's a specially designed, heat-resistant steaming bag used primarily for preparing moi moi, the popular Nigerian steamed bean pudding (made from blended peeled beans, peppers, onions, spices, and sometimes extras like fish, eggs, or corn).

These pouches serve as a modern, convenient alternative to traditional wrapping methods like banana/plantain leaves, tins, or regular plastic/nylon bags.

Made from food-grade laminated aluminum foil (often BPA-free and non-toxic), which is certified safe for high-temperature cooking. It withstands boiling/steaming without leaking or releasing harmful substances.
