Name
Double Universal Wall Socket with Dual Toggle Switches (Black Glass/Acrylic Finish)
Description
This double wall socket features a glossy black faceplate equipped with two multi-standard universal socket outlets and dual chrome toggle switches. Designed for modern residential or executive interiors, it allows simultaneous power delivery to two appliances while offering tactile physical toggle control for each individual socket.
Features
Dual Universal Outlets: Compatible with various international plug types (UK 3-pin, EU 2-pin, US, and round-pin plugs) without requiring external adapters.
Chrome Toggle Switches: Retro-style chrome lever switches that provide a solid, tactile switching action for each gang.
Glossy Black Panel: High-gloss acrylic or toughened glass finish that is scratch-resistant and easy to wipe clean.
Double-Gang Layout: Standard double-gang rectangular form factor for standard wall back-box installations.
Highlights
Universal socket design eliminates the need for plug converters for importeds electronics and appliances.
The contrast between the jet-black mirror faceplate and polished chrome toggle switches delivers a premium decorative finish.
Individual switch control for each outlet allows convenient power management and energy saving without unplugging devices.
Installation & Operating Instructions
Safety First: Always shut off the main power supply at the circuit breaker or consumer unit prior to installation or maintenance.
Wiring: Connect the incoming Live, Neutral, and Earth (Ground) wires securely into their corresponding terminals on the rear module following standard electrical regulations.
Mounting: Carefully align the unit with the double-gang electrical back-box and tighten the mounting screws until flush against the wall surface.
Testing: Restore power at the breaker panel, plug in appliances, and flip the chrome toggle switches to verify operation.
Maintenance Guidelines
Power Safety: Ensure hands are dry before operating switches or plugging/unplugging devices.
Cleaning: Gently wipe the glossy black surface using a soft, clean microfiber cloth to remove fingerprints and dust.
Avoid Abrasives: Do not use abrasive pads, chemical sprays, alcohol, or harsh solvents, as they can scratch the glossy panel or dull the chrome toggle coating.
Moisture Protection: Avoid spraying cleaning liquids directly onto the socket faceplate to prevent liquid from seeping into the socket pin openings.
