Simple Operation

1. Use the crankshaft tool to turn the engine and insert the crankshaft locking pin, fit exhaust camshaft locking tool onto the exhaust camshaft and the inlet camshaft locking tool onto that. If the locking tools easily sit on the cylinder head surface, the timing is correct.                  

2. Adjust the camshaft timing by removing the cam chain tensioner and loosening the camshaft adjuster center bolts to allow the crankshaft and 2 cams to turn independently.
