Regarding the issue of inability to seal reported by some customers, we have conducted self-inspection and testing, and it is likely due to some customers not being fully proficient in using the product yet.Our product is a small sealing device. You need to press and hold the heating element for about 1 second to melt the bag (do not hold for too long, as it may burn through the bag). Then, the speed of pressing and moving should not be too fast. If it is too fast, the heating time will be too short, and the bag will not seal properly. Therefore, moving slowly will ensure a proper seal. This process may require a few attempts to get the feel of using it correctly.
