NVMe SSD installation conditions:

About the motherboard:
1.for Intel motherboard chipset:
B250/B150/H170/Z170, as long as the motherboard with M.2 interface generally supports NVMe.
Support part of the Z97, specifically query the official website or BIOS below the Nvme option.
B85/Z87 needs to update BIOS and be supported, most B85 does not provide M.2 Interface, you can use this adapter card.
2.for AMD motherboard chipset:
Support for the B350/X370/X399/A320 must be supported by Ryzen's CPU motherboard.
