1.M.2 SSD is NOT included.

2.NVMe model case is not compatible with M.2 SSD, vice versa.

3.For new SSD, please initialize it first, and then your SSD can be detected. Please finish disk initialization according to the following steps.

Right cli"Computer" - "Manage" - "Disk Management". Find your unallocated disk, right cli"Unallocated", and choose "New Simple Volume Wizard".

4.It is normal that the aluminum case heats up when using, and it doesn't affect normal use.
