LOCKED OUT SAFETY TAG

This is a safety lockout tag, which is designed to keep off unauthorized persons from accessing specific equipment, electrical installations, machines, location, etc.Lockout tagout is the de-energizing and securing of equipment, machinery or processes so hazardous energy isn't re-introduced during servicing or repair. This includes closing electrical circuits and valves, neutralizing extreme temperatures, securing moving parts and more. This lockout Tag is simply a 'danger warning/ signal', where if required with a specific instructions which can be wriiten on the tag. All instructions specified on this tag by the authorized personnel must be obeyed to the latter, until same is removed.This tag has double side with distint instruction and tagging on each of the side. One side is written, 'DO NOT OPERATE' while the other side ahows a warning on electrical power source, and that unauthorized removal could lead to an individual loosing his or her job.
