How to Use:

    * Repeat this motion 50-100 times for optimal results.

2. Left-and-Right Alternate Exercise:
    * Open your mouth wide and place the exerciser horizontally in the middle of your mouth.
    * Push the ball from one side to the other using the tip of your tongue.
    * Perform this exercise 50-100 times for effective tongue muscle training.
