The LCR-T4 is a multi-function meter for testing resistors, capacitors, diodes, transistors, mos-tubes, inductors. The unit is based on Atmega328 microcontroller and is battery powered. A graphic LCD displays all readings and information.

To put it simply, the LCR-T4 allows you to test almost discrete component with great ease!

Automatic detection of NPN and PNP transistors , N -channel and P-channel MOSFET, diodes ( including dual diode ) , thyristors , transistors, resistors and capacitors and other components ,
Measures the gate threshold voltage and gate capacitance of the MOSFET
High test speed , valid component test: 2 seconds ( except in the larger capacitor of large capacitance measurement may take up to a minute)
One button operation
Power consumption off mode : less than 20 nA
Auto power off function to conserve battery life.
