Purpose:

Usage method:
1. Connect the power supply. Install 1 No. 7 battery. For the USB interface power on type, insert the USB plug into the USB socket of the computer. If poible, use the USB extension cable (male female double head) to avoid stre damage to the USB socket during the test.
2. Put the under test into the IC test socket, with the notch of the downward, the upper end aligned and locked.
3. Pre the test on (long pre), if the is intact, the LED nixie tube will display the model of the tested ar about 0.5s.
4. If a damaged , placement error or model is not within the test range, the LED nixie tube will display "err" ar preing the test on for about 0.5s, but this will not cause any damage to the tested .
5. When testing LED display devices, it is not neceary to consider whether the devices share yin or yang, pin arrangement order, etc. as long as all pins are inserted into the test socket. Ar preing the test on, all intact pen segments (pixels) of the tested device will be lit ar the nixie tube of the tester displays "err", and the presence of bad points, tube core brightne and brightne uniformity will be judged by visual .
Matters needing attention:
1. Do not conduct on-line test on components.
2. The test results of some ICs will include multiple models. For example, the test 74hc139 will display cd4556 74hc139 in sequence because the logic functions and pin arrangement of 74hc139 and cd4556 are identical. Therefore, the key preing time should be longer during the test. Release the test key ar all models are displayed.
3. Do not test live components.
4. Do not insert foreign matters into the locking test seat.
5. When the battery voltage is lower than 1.0V, the display may be abnormal and the battery needs to be replaced.
6. For the USB interface power collection type, try to use the computer USB interface for power collection, and be careful to use the mobile phone charger with USB interface as the power supply, because the output voltage of many mobile phone chargers is 5.5V or higher, and the ripple is too large.
7. Since the PCB is unprotected, it is neceary to prevent dirt.
8. When testing LED display devices, the test current is small, but it also leads to that some devices with low brightne need to avoid strong light for testing. Generally, each pen section of 1.2 inch and above nixie tube is a structure in which multiple LED cores are connected in series, which requires a higher voltage to light up. This structure cannot be tested.
9. Since some large-size LED display devices cannot be directly inserted into the test socket, an extension cable needs to be used in the test proce. Please provide it yourself.
10. If the tested device is not in dip package, it may need to use adapter, please provide it yourself.
11. This product does not come with batteries.
