3. Secure: Use the adjustable straps to secure the wrap snugly but comfortably around your waist.
4. Relax and Heat (Optional): Lie down and relax for 45 to 60 minutes, or you can wear it overnight. Many wraps have a pocket to place a hot water bottle or heating pad, which is believed to enhance the oil's penetration and benefits.
