Product details

The iSK HP960B is a wired closed-back studio monitoring headphone aimed at budget home studios, DJs, and gamers who need isolation and decent sound for under $25.

1. Sound & drivers
50mm dynamic drivers for full-range response
Frequency response: 20Hz-20kHz
Impedance: 32Ω, so it runs fine off laptops, audio interfaces, phones, and DJ controllers
Sensitivity: 105dB ±3dB
Sound signature: Slightly V-shaped with emphasis on bass and highs. Good for tracking and casual listening, but not flat enough for critical mixing 09b6

2. Design & build
Closed-back design for passive noise isolation and sound isolation
90° swivel ear cups for single-ear monitoring
Adjustable cushioned headband + lightweight plastic frame for long sessions
Cable: 3m fixed cable with 3.5mm jack + 6.3mm adapter
No mic, no volume control on the cable 09b6

3. Features
Passive noise isolation - listed as “noise cancelling” on some listings, but it’s just isolation from the closed cups
Wired only - no wireless or Bluetooth
Compatibility: Works with PCs, laptops, phones, gaming consoles, tablets, DJ gear

Specifications

Key Features

Build is all plastic, feels budget
Sound isn’t neutral - bass-heavy, not ideal for mixing/mastering
Some listings falsely claim “active noise cancellation” - it doesn’t have ANC
Quality control is inconsistent since it’s a budget Chinese brand 09b6

5. Who it’s for
Beginner producers, vocalists, and DJs who need a cheap monitoring headphone for tracking, practice, and casual listening. It’s comparable to the OneOdio Pro-10 in price and use case, but iSK is less known in the US/EU.
