A bit tricky to assemble though as one or two of the screw holes don't match up correctly but other than that, it's perfect for easing lower back pain . Be sure you don't have blood pressure issues though

Working wonders on my spine, but had a build flaw.

A few screw holes were not placed properly, also had some dirt on it probably from bad storage area. I would still recommend inversion therapy because it is an amazing way to relieve spinal pain.
