1.KAMVAS Pro12 is NOT a standalone product!!! This version DOES NOT come with a stand!

This device must be connected to a computer to work, It is compatible with Windows 7 or later，macOS 10.12 or later,Chrome Os 88. 0. 4324 .109 or above.

2. When installing the HUION Driver in Windows System:

·—Please make sure there is no other brands driver on your computer;

·—Close all drawing program or anti-virus program before installation;

·—Please don’t change the path when installing. Our default path is in Disk C;

·—Please Run As Administrator when installing the driver.

3. Connection Tips

—Your computer needs to have HDMI and USB ports available for the connection, if not, you need an adapter to convert for the connection.

—Please confirm the USB Cable and the HDMI Cable completely plug into your computer.

—Please make sure completely plug USB cable & HDMI cable into KAMVAS Pro 12. Make sure there is no gap left when cables plugged into it.

—If your computer only have Type-c ports, you need a Type-c to HDMI and USB adapter for the connection.

—After connecting all the cables in the correct places, please wait about 30s~1min to make the USB Hardware driver loaded successfully.

4. HUION Tech Support

—Please download the newest driver from HUION Official Web, and install it on your computer.Our driver will be regularly updated.
