I can't tell if it purifies. I've not been educated on how a purifier purifies, so I can't tell if it's doing what I bought it for. I, sha, dey drink water from my kitchen tap through it though. But if I'm rating as per manufacturer's defect, I'll say 5 stars, as nothing is broken, everything came intact.
