The HMC1118 is a , broadband, non-reflective single pole double throw SPDT) switch in an LFCSP surface mount package. The switching frequency ranges from 9 kHz to 13.0 GHz with high isolation and low insertion loss.
The switch features more than 48 dB of isolation, 0.68 dB insertion loss at 8.0 GHz and , and a final RFOUT settling time of 7.5 μs with 0.05 dB headroom. The switch operates with control voltage lines of 3.3 V and 0 V and requires 3.3 V and −2.5 V supplies.
When only one supply voltage is applied and the negative supply voltage VSS) is grounded, the HMC1118 operates over the same frequency range and still maintains good power handling performance. The device is housed in a 3 mm x 3 mm surface-mount LFCSP package.
