Important Reminder

1. After receiving the earphones, please fully charge them before using them. After a long period of transportation, the product's battery may have been depleted, they may not turn on, not because the product is faulty.

2. If there is a Bluetooth connection on each side, please put the earphones back into the charging compartment, disconnet and ingnore all the Bluetooth connection on your phone, remove the earphones on each sides again, and wait for 10 seconds for the earphones to automatically pair.

3. Each earphones can be Power On and Power off independently (By touch with 5 seconds), make sure you earphones are not Power Off if it doesn't runs.
