1. When main stream is 1080p25 then second stream can max go 720p.

of course NOT!! ,it can output 4 stream at same time!! 2x1080p+2x576p

2. When main stream is over 30fps then all secondairy streams are disabled.

when you output real P60, there just can output one stream.

3.Do I add Paword at TS streaming

Yes, update to V1.82, there has a TS acce control in advanced option

4.Do I change 80 port to get streaming

Yes, of course

5.Is it support HLS ?
