This capacitor is rated for +/-5% of 30uF, as it states on the outside. With the + or - 5%

this capacitor has a hard rating of 28.5 uF to 31.5 uF

A larger capacitor will always work in a smaller unit but a smaller capacitor will never work in a larger unit.

Ex, a 28uF capacitor will not work in place of a 34uF capacitor but a 28uF will work in place of a 24uF, 22uF, or 26uF
