FV-3KHz10V Frequency Voltage Converter Module 0~3Khz To 0~1

Features:
The 0-3KHz frequency pulse signal is converted into a 0-10V analog voltage signal by this module.
The module can be used for interface conversion between PLC and frequency converter or matching control of interface between motion control card and frequency converter.
Input pulse level of 5V 12V 24V can be input directly without string resistance.But the input signal frequency, to maintain more than 0.5 seconds, the output current is 5mA.
The multi-coil potentiometer on the board is used to calibrate the corresponding relationship between frequency and voltage.
The optical isolate is used to ensure the anti-interference ability of the signal input.

Note:
For use with PLC, support for NPN type. Must have a ground wire.
If you need to use an encoder, you need to keep the encoder running at a constant speed for more than 0.5 seconds.
Frequency and voltage conversion module, response time is about 0.3-0.5 seconds.
If the signal input is turbine flow, etc., due to signal matching, an 817 diaphragm and a resistor must be added to match the flowmeter to function properly.
If there is a deviation in the correspondence when using, you can adjust the blue potentiometer on the board to calibrate. At the time of shipment, we have adjusted the F/V potentiometer to a certain correspondence. It is generally not recommended to adjust it by itself.
Input power supply voltage range is 12-30 VDC, recommended supply voltage 15-24 VDC.When at 12V level, the power supply can not use 12VDC power supply, at least 15 VDC power supply, if a certain need to use 12V power supply, can also be customized 12VDC power supply converter. When at 24V level, the power supply need to use 24VDC power supply.
