Comfortable but...faulty height adjustment
The chair is strong and very comfortable but the Hydraulic Lift Gas Cylinder is faulty. The chair does not maintain the height adjustment, causing it to immediately go down when you sit on it. This is a critical problem as it affects the chair's usability and may compromise the overall gaming or working experience.
