No additional power is needed.

Please Note:

1. This adapter is not suitable with laptop. Too small to put in.

2. Only support 2230 Key-M wireless network card BCM94360CS2 BCM943224PCIEBT2.

3. Laptop mainboard must equipped with A/E-key interface, because other NGFF B/M-key interfaces can not be compatible.
