Instrctions of the eye washer

Emergency drenching device and eye washer, quickly wash off the

harmful substances attached to the body,is suitable for emergency

rescue.It uses a large number of rapid water to achieve emergency

treatment, so as to reduce the degree of injury.And it is also an

economic and feasible method of washing and disinfection. Before

using this product, please read this manual.

 1.Water filling of the flushing device:120-180l/m

 2. Water flow of the eye washer:9-16l/m

 1.Where there are spillages of dangerous substances, such as

chemical apparatus, dangerous apparatus, dangerous liquid and

solid and so on.

 2.Where the environment is polluted.

 3.Where a fire is likely to break out.

 4.Pay attention to the pipeline anti-freezing in cold places.

 1.The effective rescue distance is within a radius of 10 or 5

meters and it must has at least three directions with visible

identification. There should not has obstructions around for

quick use.

 2.Installed near the hazardous area.

 3.No electrical switch is allowed within 1.5 meters of the

compound eye washer to avoid short circuit.

 4.The eye washer should be supplied from clean tap water

or filtered water.

 5.The diameter of the pipe is connected in accordance with the product specifications, and the size of the inlet and outlet

is1-1/4 to keep working.

1.Please refer to the installation diagram(below) for installation

and wrap the sealing belt (polytetrachloroethylene raw material

belt) at the connection of the pipe fitting.

 2.When installing the pedal, the front edge of the pedal shall not be higher than 90mm from the ground
