- 850W MOTOR for faster grinding (note the motor on a Kitchen Aid is 325W). 
- SPEED: Capacity to grind 250kg per hour or 4.2kg per minute. Note this machine only has one speed, which may be quite fast for the novice sausage maker when filling your sausages. For beginners, we recommend a manual sausage filler.
- GRINDING PLATES: Comes with 4mm (finely ground mince), 6mm and 8mm (coarsely ground mince) grinder plates, suitable for most mince and sausages. For more info about grinding meat for sausages see our blog. The large feeder chute also means less cubing & dicing.
